1. Our quality promise

We use AI as an editorial aid. Review and accountability always stay with the prosma team.

Every text, every concept and every analysis that leaves prosma has been reviewed, contextualized and vouched for by people. AI accelerates our work. It replaces neither our judgment nor our experience from more than 20 years of organizational development.

2. Why we use AI

As a consultancy for the future of work, it would be implausible to only recommend AI while working without it ourselves. We use AI where it measurably improves the quality and speed of our work: in research and analysis, in drafts and text work, in preparing workshops and diagnostics. What we advise our clients to do, we have tried out ourselves first.

3. Human in the loop, without exception

No AI-generated content is published or handed to clients unreviewed. Factual accuracy, sources, tone and appropriateness are always reviewed by a person with the relevant expertise. For consulting services the rule is: the recommendation comes from our consultants, not from a model.

4. Accountability

Responsibility for all content and recommendations lies with us, regardless of which tools were involved in creating them. "That's what the AI produced" is neither an argument nor an excuse for us.

5. Data protection and confidentiality

Confidential client information only enters AI systems when data processing agreements and data protection explicitly cover it. We align with the GDPR and the EU AI Act and review our tools accordingly before we use them.

6. Transparency and labeling

Where AI has contributed substantially to a published piece of content, we make that transparent on request at any time. We label AI-generated images. And if you ask us how a result came about, you get an honest answer.

7. Competence, not flying blind

All prosma team members are trained in working with AI, from prompt quality to the critical assessment of results. We review this policy regularly and adapt it as technology or the legal situation evolves.
